You will be sharing with someone who occasionally uses part of the living room separated by a professionally designed screen divider. The rent includes all utilities and Internet. The bedroom comes with a full-size bed, a nice and comfortable couch (which can be used as a full-size bed), a desk with chairs and a bookshelf. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a dining table (with 4 chairs), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a bread-baker, a hot water kettle and a fully equipped kitchen.
