D.C. 中心地带招租卧室（短租）

本人刚从JHU毕业，在找工作，所以公寓一月一签，适合短租。公寓位于D.C.中心地带，dupont circle附近, 离白宫十分钟路程，安全可放心。生活便利，楼下有小卖部，公寓离whole food, CVS不到十分钟路程。租期从8月底9月初开始，时间可议。租出的是经过改造的客厅，已打上厚实隔音墙，而且有门，比主卧面积还大。现房内已有床，随到随住。月租包水包电包冷暖气，1100。（如果租期合适，价格可谈）详情可联系微信号：supereggy。谢谢。

Are you from Ann Arbor? I can ask other friends to see if there is any available room in the same apartment.
