帮两位美国女生找室友！
两个在工作的美国女生，最近杜克研究生毕业，人很聪明，又很nice又很chill，也喜欢和不同国籍的人打交道。感觉会是shared house那样很棒的经历呢！
现找一个室友，限女性。Apartment一共三个房间，一人一间房。
每月房租793刀。从3月1号起签租半年。
衣柜、大阳台、各种设施齐备。
位置是在弗吉尼亚的Cherrydale，离Rosslyn只有两mile。坐几站公交就可以到达Rosslyn地铁或者市中心的McPherson Square地铁站。交通便利哦！

Hello!
We are two young professionals looking for a third roommate for our three bedroom apartment. The new roommate would have a full bathroom that would be shared with one of us, as the master has its own private bath. We are looking to sign a 6 month lease starting on March 1st, 2016. (Please no drug use including marijuana or smoking, as our apartment is smoke free :) The apartment is located in the Cherrydale neighborhood in North Arlington, about 4.5 miles from DC. There are several monthly and one times fees that the apartment complex charges (these fees do not go to us, they go to the apartment):
Monthly fees for new roommate:
• $793 per month
• Utilities (including internet, cable, and renter's insurance) fluctuate, but run around $117 per month, per roommate
One-time fees for new roommate:
• Application fee: $60
• New Roommate fee: $125 each
• Utility deposit: $50 (this will be used towards the last month's utility bill)
This apartment is a great place to live! Parking is free and there is street parking for guests. There is also a small gym in the adjacent apartment complex that we are free to use. The apartment includes several shared storage closets and a large balcony. Washers and dryers are located on each floor of the apartment building. The apartment is located on the 55 bus line (formerly 3A bus line) that goes to the Rosslyn metro station, and the 3Y bus that goes to McPherson Square (DC), and an ART 62 bus that goes to the Ballston and Courthouse metro stations. We are also about a 6min drive from each of these metro stations. In addition, the apartment is very close to 66. Safeway, Giant, and Harris Teeter are all in close proximity, as well as the restaurants and the nightlife of Ballston and Clarendon!
We are two young professionals in our twenties. We both work during the day and are pretty laid back. We enjoy meeting new people, going to brunch, hanging out with friends, going to the gym, watching movies, and checking out local events in the area, among other things. We are very clean, and make sure to pick up after ourselves in the shared spaces. Please let us know if you think this would be a good fit for you! We look forward to hearing from you!
