The National Weather Service has reported severe thunderstorms in the area of Winchester, Va. with over two inches of rain in a 45 minute period. These storms are expected to hit the Arlington area between 230PM and 4PM today. They will also have strong winds and there is a possibility for local flooding. MAB/OEM
