由于工作原因要搬离DC area。出租现在的房子。

出租时间：10月中旬／下旬，可协商

房子位于Ballston地铁站走路3-5分钟的安静小区。附件十分方便，超市，餐厅，Gym，室外体育场，公园，阿灵顿公共图书馆，etc

卧室有一个衣橱，独立卫浴，还有一个非常大的阁楼，很像个loft，完全可以放沙发或者桌子做一个小的living room。

房子是town house，客厅家具应有尽有，有洗衣机烘干机熨衣板吸尘器等等等等

室友是一个国际关系背景对亚洲文化很有研究的大叔，在四大consulting做senior，人非常nice。

Room: Decent-sized bedroom; your own bathroom, AND a private den/attic that's large enough for you to use as a study/sleeping/storage area.

House: Except for your room that will be largely unfurnished, the house has EVERYTHING and is well maintained.

Roommate: You'll share the whole house with only one great male roommate that's friendly, smart, laid back, and low key who takes good care of the house (expect the same from you, too). He works in consulting (aka travels a lot).

Neighborhood: A quiet and friendly neighborhood only 3-5mins walk from Ballston Metro Station; 1 block away from Washington Lee High School, where you can run in the tracks and play soccer; 2 blocks away from Arlington Public Library; 10 mins walk to Harris Teeter and Giant; 3-5mins walk to various delicious restaurants/delis; 10 mins away from gyms; 10 mins drive to DC; 15 mins drive to Tysons Corner; close to parks and trails

Rent: Only $1025/mo + utilities (ranging from 100-150, depending on season, including wi-fi and cable)
