Hiring a Supply Chain Management Analyst - H1B opportunity

Expanding startup eCommerce brand based in Rockville, MD is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our small but mighty team.

We are seeking a like-minded, passionate individual to join us in our revolution to transform the current, unsustainable “Made in China” concept, through the design and implementation of an ethical, eco-conscious production process for our own products.
Instead of the typical fast fashion centric model, filled with overly fluctuating consumer products, we design and produce unique, mostly exclusive offerings, catering to niched consumer markets.

Although we chose a more challenging business direction, several years of our efforts have paid off, as we continue to foster solid ground in a competitive market, proven by significant sales growth, for 2 years in a row. We are now at a level of maturity where a specialized team member is needed to focus on creating and managing a supply chain structure, suitable for our business model.

Ideal Candidate is:
-Highly motivated, sharing a common passion with our vision of producing sustainable, ethical products, as we revolutionize the “Made in China” process.
-A disciplined, self-motivated individual, comfortable working in a true start up environment, where one must handle a variety of job responsibilities.
-Able to work effectively with our Chinese personnel, as well as with production partners in China. Must be willing to take business trips to China to survey and manage our production, quality control and logistical processes.
-Superb in communication abilities.
-Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
-Able to conduct in-depth research and create effective analysis reports.
-Able to create and implement a fully functional supply chain system; from raw material sourcing, to production, to QA., to logistics and manage inventory.
-Eager to contribute focused efforts, in support of company growth, shared equally by all team members.

Compensation:
We foster a true start up team spirit, where compensation is directly related to the level of devotion to work and performance. We seek team members who treat this company as if were their own.
- $30k Starting Pay for first year, with potential for 15% annual increase.
- Guaranteed profit share and bonus, based upon year-end performance evaluation.
