Rockville town center 附近的一个single house， 走路10分钟到Rockville town center, 15分钟到地铁站，开车的话五分钟不到， 下270 高速5号口不到一分钟。地理位置极佳，离大中华和美心开车不到5分钟，整个 neighborhood 都非常安全舒适。
现在两间房间出租，光线明亮，干净卫生，有家具
一间在二楼，自带卫生间 。
另一间在一楼（不是地下室），和另一个女生share bathroom。
室友大多都是刚刚毕业工作的女生，非常好相处。
特别适合要在Rockville 附近工作或者上课的女生，因为房子就在高速附近，所以去哪儿都很方便，离地铁站也不远，门口就是公交，有没有车都很方便。
带Bathroom 的房间$730
不带bathroom 的房间 $630
房租包水电，不含网络。
