We are two females, in our 30s, and both have stable income.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building isgated and located in a quiet neighborhood that is near 3 metro stops (L'EnfantPlaza, Federal Center SW & Waterfront). Walking distanceto Orange, Blue, Silver, Yellow and Green lines. Safeway, CVS,dry cleaning are just about 5 minutes walk. Residential parking is availablefor additional fee.
We are looking for someone to share the living room. $760 if youare willing to take the spacious livingroom. That is a space like regular studio.
Utilitiesare included. Security 24/7. Gym, laundry, convenient snack bar and vendingmachines are located in the basement. Free wifi is available in the lobby andbasement. Swimming pool is open in the summer time.
