We are looking for a female roommate in a 3 BR, 1 bath apt in Rosslyn area. 1 unfurnished bedroom is available. Located between Rosslyn and Courthouse. 5-10 mins from metro station and local bus facilities in 1-2 blocks. One metro stop away from GW University and only 2-3 blocks walk to the Georgetown University Shuttle bus.
Rent is $663 plus internet and utilities. There will be background check and application fee $65 and Administration fee of $100 which everyone needs to pay and non-refundable. Atleast 6 months lease.
