Living room (客厅) of a fully furnished one bedroom apartment (850 sq. ft total area) located at Foggy Bottom / GWU campus (24th St and Virginia Ave) is available August 6, 2018 for rent! The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) as well as Internet. The living room comes with a full-size bed, a sturdy and comfortable couch (which can be used as a full-size bed as well), desks with chairs. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a dining table (with 4 chairs), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hot water kettle and a fully equipped kitchen. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with a female GW medical student (She speaks both Chinese and English) who uses the bedroom. One female student/scholar is preferred.
