I will move out soon, but our lease isn't up until June 30th 2013. I am looking for someone to fill my bedroom.
About our apartment:

This is a 2bedroom/1bathroom apartment with washer/dryer inside. Designer kitchens with cherry wood cabinets, oversized breakfast bar, wall to wall carpet, abundant closets and optional extra storage space,
About the neighboring
Walk to grocery store, shopping center. ..
About transportation:
There is a free shuttle from/to Pentagon city metro(Blue/Yellow lines) in the morning and evening every 10 minutes. There are a lot of bus /ART stops just front of our apartment. Essay access to highway 395. There are plenty of free street parking spaces .
About roommate:
Another room is occupied by a young professional who works in D.C downtown.
He is quiet and easy going.

Can pay rental on time. No pet, no smoking.
The sublease is from 04/12/2013----06/30/2013. Rental is $850/month plus utilities (around $70).
