My husband and I are looking to rent out a room in our Arlington townhouse for $950. here is some more information to read over:
This gorgeous bedroom is part of a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. The entire home is expertly designed and furnished. You even have an in-house washer/dryer unit. The bedroom features a full set of Queen furniture (with a super comfortable mattress), a computer desk with chair, a night-table, a dresser, and a laundry hamper, as well as your own bath and walk-in closet. Your bathroom has been redone with a new tub, new tiling, and new lighting. The kitchen and living room are a shared area, you can use any of the amenities. The whole house uses wifi.
You will be living with my husband and I. We are very accommodating. We are looking for an immediate move-in, and just a month-to-month lease. You will be responsible for a $500 deposit. If you leave the room in mint condition, you get all of it back.
This 3 bedroom townhouse is seriously located in the best location in South Arlington. Right off of Columbia Pike, you are located:
- 1 mile from the Pentagon Metro (Which is next to L'Enfant Plaza, 10 minutes away via subway to Farragut West Metro Station, and 20 minutes away via subway to Dupont Circle Metro Station)
- 1.5 miles from Pentagon City Metro (Which is one stop away from L'Enfant
A bus stop is literally locate just a few steps away that runs approximately every five minutes to take you to the metro stations. You are located in one of the most statistically safe neighborhoods in Arlington with tennis and basketball courts in the backyard, as well as a beautiful park. A Giant supermarket, pharmacy, and gym are within walking distance. Parking is free. The parking lot and street parking is available. All utilities are included in the rent, unless you go over your $100 a month allocation (Usually one person will spend about $70 a month on electricity, heat, internet, and cable, so the only way to go over is to use a lot of electricity and gas).
