It's a great deal on the rent rate, 100-200 below what the current availability is and saving on 600 moving fee! I am looking to sign over my lease starting end of September beginning of October. It is a lease transfer for the term ending in January and you can continue after that with month to month (only 10% increase for the month-to-moth option, otherwise it's 1-3% increase if you renew it. January is a great time to renew or move out since it's not a hot rental season, gives you a great deal of flexibility. I am looking to buy and transfer my lease. I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it -- great location, the biggest swimming pool in Crystal city and cheap parking around the building, only $30 a month.
