We are two female professionals living in crystal house, crystal city, Arlington, looking for a female roommate to move in our living room in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Here are some features of the living room:
1. All Furnished. A mattress is offered, two large closets and divider are ready in the living room. The living room is divided as an individual bedroom.
2. Share bathroom with roommate living in the small bedroom.
3. Share kitchen and the dining room with other two roommates.
Features of the community:
1.Commute: Metro Accessible. Only two minutes walk to crystal city metro, blue and yellow line. Bus station near the train station. 38A to Ballston and 8A to pentagon and other areas in Arlington.
2. Facilities: 24 hours doorman, control access to the building. Laundry in the basement of the building. 24-7 access to the gym on the top level of the building. Pool access. Parking is available, outdoor is $65 per month and garage parking $85 per month.
3. Shopping and Grocery: Costo is only 5 min walk. Near pentagon city mall and Harris Teeter. Arlington Public library is only 2 blocks from the building. Close to Potomac Yard, AMC. A bunch of restaurants choices in the crystal city area.
Rent:
$650 Per Month
Utilities and Internet: $60-$80 Per Month
One Month Security Deposit of the Rent
Availability: Available from Aug 18,2013, Long term lease of 6 months or more is preferred.
