Columbia Plaza address: 2400 Virginia Avenue

The apartment is 5 minutes' walk from the foggy bottom campus. The rent would be $2,393. The bedroom would cost $1,265.5 and the living room $1,136.5. I am looking for a guy to share the living room and the rent would be $568.25. One or two guys/ladies are needed to share the bedroom.

The apartment is of great condition. Within walk range includes the campus, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Georgetown waterfront, cinema etc.
