private bedrooms (One bedroom already rented to a nice and respectful Chinese
grad student. Each bedroom has own key.) and 2 private full baths and 5
shared rooms including kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room,
den, and sun room leading to balcony with stairs to terrace and gardens.
Shaded terrace with fireplace, outdoor furniture, and Weber grill at back;
street parking available; public bus transportation (3A, 3B, 3E and 3K) at
door to bottom of Lee Hwy and then walk across Key Bridge to Georgetown or
