We are looking for a 3rd roommate(male or female) to sign a new 1 year lease starting Aug 1 for a 2B1B. You will be taking one of the bedrooms for $885/month with utilities included. The roommate in the other bedroom is a Chinese male GWU medical student, and the roommate in the living room is a Korean male GWU master's student.
The apartment is located beside Rossyln metro at 1121 Arlington Blvd. , River Place North.
A security deposit is also required. So first month is $885(security)+$885(first month rent).
