$1208 One Private Bedroom in 3 Bedroom at Van Ness

We are looking for another female roommate to fill one available bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment near Van Ness Metro. Lease starts from March 15 btu dates can be flexible

The rent is $1,208 per month and includes ALL utilities (electric, heat, water, cable, internet). There is also a one-time application fee ($75) and lease transfer fee paid to the building management.

Details about the room:
•        This is a VERY spacious, light-filled, unfurnished private bedroom. The space can easily accommodate a queen sized bed, TV stand, dresser and a desk. The person who occupies this room has access to a separate large walk-in closet in the hallway and shares a bathroom with one of the roommates.

•        Near Van Ness metro stop (approx 5-7 min walk to our building)
•        It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove and a large dining/living area.
•        The living/dining area is fully furnished, but there is room for some additional furniture if needed.
•        A small gym onsite as well as laundry facilities and a 24-hour concierge on duty.
•        The building has a rooftop deck with ample seating where you can see the city skyline.
•        Parking is easily available on the streets nearby and the building also has off-street parking in a parking lot or in the garage for an additional cost.
•        Giant grocery store, Starbucks, Calvert Woodley, CVS and restaurants all immediately off metro stop on the way home
•        Right next to Soapstone Valley Park with nature trails that connect to Rock Creek Park, good hiking or running trails

The apartment is currently on a month-to-month lease, but we are ideally looking for someone willing to stay for at least 6 months to a year.
