$840 Female Roommate needed Available RightNow, Utils included (Courthouse Metro, Arlington VA) Looking for a female roommate (Prefer female studentor female professionals). One big new living room (almost a Private Room) willbe available right now. You can live here at least three months or longer. Weshare bathroom, kitchen and the lobby. This big room has all utilities: bed,table, chairs, sofa, TV, floor lap. Right now one female professional (alsopart time student-very quiet) lives in the bed room. In the kitchen there aremicrowave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and many closets. In the bathroomthere are new washing machine and new dryer machine. All of Utilities are new.
This apartment is very close to Court House MetroStation (7-10 minutes walking to Court House Metro Station-Orange Line/SilverLine). A lot of restaurant and stores are very close by this apartment. Alsoonly two metro stops from Court house metro station to GWU and GMU.
Every month the rent fee is $840 plus utilities fee(Internet, cable, electricity) around $50 each person per month. (It depends onhow much we use for the utilities each month.) We share the utilities feetogether every month. So the total fee will be around $890. Sorry, no pet. Ifyou are satisfied this room and decide to move in, before moving in this room,total rent fee ($890 security deposit fee plus December rent fee) will be paid.
