大家好！本人因回国，现招短租。是一个town house，整整一层的独立空间，安静不受室友干扰！小区环境整洁、邻里友善，趴车位十分充足。交通、生活方便：靠近west falls Church地铁站（步行不到十分钟）；附近有数个主要超市：trader joe's，whole foods均十分钟步行可到，giant则步行二十分钟可到，开车不到五分钟，此外，大中华、好运来、韩国超市开车均十分钟左右可到。

室友为三个男性，均为人正派，无任何不良嗜好，易相处。

Hi all, I am subleasing an entire "isolated" floor of a town house located near West Falls Church Metro Station (within 10 mins of walk distance) from 1/15/2017 to 2/15/2017.
Very convenient spot, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are within 10 mins walk distance, while Giant is 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive away, besides, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
There are three other males living in this house, who are all very nice Christians, don't smoke or drink.
I am paying 600 dollars of rent plus utility of around 60, and only asking for 499 all included!
