两周后，我打算搬出Crystal Towers。我想知道有没有人经历过搬出的过程，可以给我一些建议。我以前经历过其他公寓楼的过程，即使你努力地清洁，它们会把极少的问题收取清洁费。Crystal Towers有一整套的清洁服务，让你不用清洁，可是我们还没决定是否值得使用它们的服务。如果我们无论怎么努地努力地清洁，它们会找借口来收费，我宁可省时间，使用它们的服-务。我们已经查看了它们的Yelp评论。大部分的评论者说Crystal Towers的标准高得离谱，不过我知道那些事件也许是最坏的情况。所以我想知道真实不偏的经验。

I'm moving out in two weeks and was wondering if anyone has experience checking out of Crystal Towers Apartments. I've had experiences where a complex will charge cleaning fees for the smallest things and will basically automatically charge you even if you clean really well. Crystal Towers offers a set cleaning service so you don't have to clean before moving out. We are trying to decide if it's worth using that service. If they will basically charge us for cleaning anyway no matter how well we clean, we would rather use their in-house cleaning service. We checked reviews on Yelp and they say that Crystal Towers are very picky about the standards of cleaning, but those reviews are probably the worst experiences. So, we would like to know if anyone has any actual, unbiased experience.
Does anyone have any experience moving out of Crystal Towers? If so, can you share your experience in regards to how they charged your cleaning upon move out? For those of you who have used their cleaning service, do you think they did a good job and it is worth the money?
