(代房东发帖，本人租户)We have a room for rent in a great looking family owned townhouse in king farm. The townhouse is loacted 5-10 min walk from the metro and 5 min walk to safeway and other shopping needs. There is also a bus stop right outside if needed. This room will come with everything included (water,gas,direct tv, electricity, Internet, etc). Parking is located anywhere in the area. You have a bathroom by your own. The room is 970$ and the deposit is 200. It will be a 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year lease.. We also have 2 dogs that are very kind and mostly keep to themselves. You would also have full kitchen access. We would like to see a background check in the event you would want to move in. Also only single professional. So the room is for one person only.
