2 females around 25-30 years old studying and working in the DCA looking for a 3rd person to share this beautiful apartment in Crystal Towers!!
The apartment is great, with its own laundry space and its own balcony to enjoy outside.
The new roommate would occupy the living room (which is pretty big) and share a bathroom with only one other clean and organized girl - Feel free to organize the living room the way you want in order to get your privacy.
The building has a nice gym and pool free for the residents. No utilities is included, but I'm pretty sure it would not be higher than 150 monthly, which we would share between us 3. Parking is also not included, but again, the crystal city metro is right across the street!!
Also, with 5 minutes walking you can find costco, marshals, best buy, whole foods, rite aid, cvs and many restaurants. Plus 5 more minutes you get to the Pentagon city shopping mall, Harris teeter, TJmax etc. It is a super commercial and safe area, You will never feel bored I can assure that!
We are looking for a 18 months lease starting ASAP, but if you are not sure about this time, you can commit to find someone to stay in your place in case you have to leave sooner than that :)
