Hi, I'm renting a huge living room in a 2br/1 bath apartment in Pentagon City area. It is a very nice apartment in fantastic location. The room gets lots of natural light.
*Location and Convenience
- 5 mins walk to metro (Pentagon City station). 20 mins to get to downtown DC.
- Pentagon city mall, a big grocery (Harris Teeter), lots of restaurants and coffee shops are in the neighborhood. A public library is right across the apt building.
- Fitness center, laundry lounge on each floor, community club lounge, and 24/7 maintenance service all in the building. Access to neighboring park and a tennis court.
- Large parking lot
- Controlled-access entry
- Safe and clean neighborhood.
*Rent & Lease
- $550/month including all utilities. $18 for internet
- Security deposit of $550 before moving
- Lease term: at least 6 months to 1 year
- Move-in date: around May 14th .
The other two roommates who stay in each bed room are female professionals in their 20s.
