Dear Friends,
One master room with private bath room and walk-in closet in a 2B2B
apartment for rent. The apartment is in 13 floor of Bella Vista
Condominium. The room is clean and with huge space. A professional
house keeper will clean the whole room when you move in. The apt has a
DC view(very beautiful at night) and got washer and dryer in the APT.
The room could be furnished or unfurnished depends the request by the
tenant request.
Bella Vista is the closest condominium to the Pentagon, within walking
distance of Pentagon Metro(7 Mins), Costco(7 Mins), Pentagon Mall(7
Mins) and Harries Teeter and Pentagon Row(10 Mins). It offers many
amenities, including 24-hour front desk, outdoor swimming pool with
spacious sundeck, picnic area with grill, fitness room with sauna,
clubroom, monitored security, pet friendly, and underground garage
parking(with additional cost).
Currently, there are two people live in the unit. One male GW master
student lives in the living room, one male professional works at
Pentagon lives in the small room. They all pretty nice and respect
other people's privacy. If you are want to find a place safe, quiet,
with convenience location and full privacy, this is the place you
need.
Rent is $1050 include everything.(Water, Electricity, Gas, and
internet). Lease is flexible, but at least 3 month, after that it is
month to month with 30 days notice before moving out. One month
refundable security deposit required.
