The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) and high speed Internet. The living room has a full size bed, a comfortable leather sofa, desks with chair. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a dining table (with 4 chairs), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hot water kettle and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is occupied by a 3rd year GW Medical Student, who speaks both Chinese and English. There's one bathroom to be shared. The rent will be $1,275/month.
