One bedroom and bathroom suite available in a townhouse across the street from the Fairfax campus (Approximately 5 minutes walk). The room and bathroom are located in the basement level of the townhouse with full access to the entire floor. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and lamp. The townhouse has three floors. The upper level has three bedrooms that are currently occupied. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a TV, and a deck. The basement floor has a laundry room, and a recreation room with a fireplace. Room may be available earlier than 3/1/2021 by request.
