ProtagoLabs is searching for a qualified Office Admin Intern to support the daily operations of our company and plan the more efficient administrative procedures. The Office admin intern will ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and the job will need to work on-site. Office Admin Intern– Vienna Virginia office Responsibilities: ● Daily business operation support such as: record keeping, information management, facilities maintenance and planning, mail distribution, and other office support duties. ● Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes ● Record keeping, file management and mail distribution ● Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations ● Manage schedules and deadlines ● Assist with inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints， and monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation ● Assist with facilities services, office maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians) onsite ● Organize other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, Master’s degree preferred. ● Good understanding of office management procedures ● Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Quickbook. ● An analytical mind with problem-solving skills ● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities ● Be able to work independently and with the team.
