Courthouse顶层studio 视野很好。现在的lease2023年5月底到期。最早可以1月9号入住。可提供基本家具或转卖家具。

可以短租（至少2-3个月）或者长租（接lease）。水电气平均一个月70-100刀。包括网络 internet included。

距离Courthouse地铁站走路约12分钟，Georgetown bus直达。门口有Bus站， mom's organic。公寓旁就是custis trail。公寓有健身房，健身studio，泳池，snack room, bicycle storage room.
