Living Room for Rent, looking for a Roommate

Location: Falls Church (6166 Leesburg Pike, 22044)

Rent: $ 600 ( excluding utilities, utilities will not be less than$70/month)

Amenities: Free Shuttle to East Falls Metro, Near toMetro Station and Buses, Shopping Centers. wall-to-wallcarpeted room, washer dryer in the apartment, extra storage, swimming pool,state-of-the art fitness center. Barbecue area along with parking for residentsand parking for guests is available.

I am looking for female roommate to share a 1 BA apartment. The rent will be $663 excluding utilities which will be around $40 per month.The apartment is located in Jefferson Apartment homes in Falls Church. It iswithin 15 min walk to East Falls Metro and a minutes’ walk to Seven Corners andmany other shopping places. There is also a free apartment shuttle that takesyou to East Falls Church Metro. The bus stop is 2 minute walk from thebuilding. The property is minutes away from Old Town Alexandria and the Pentagon,Rt. 7, Rt. 50, I-395 and I-95.

The common areas include kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and abalcony.
