大CP的位置就不用多说了，去学校图书馆五分钟步行，而且这个屋子在大CP离学校最近的位置。这个屋子是冬季签下来的房子，所以暑期新签的lease不会有这么便宜。我和另一个男生share客厅，小屋一男生，大卧一女生，都很安静好相处。客厅已经被我们用帘子分割好，所以晚上睡觉可以拉上帘子，平时想要更大的空间也可以把帘子拉开，一边就是落地大窗，房间很透亮。虽然420的share客厅看起来很贵，但是这个是大cp客厅最大的户型之一，可用空间相当可观，放两张床绰绰有余，详情见图示。红框是招租的位置，蓝框是客厅共用的衣帽间。我已经在这个地方住了一年半，现在因为我的工作变动要搬离dc，所以就把这个位置租出去，可以短租也可以长租，lease一直到寒假结束，到时候也可以选择继续用这个lease。暑假要来dc实习或者上暑期课程的不要错过了这个机会，想要搬来campus的同学更不可错过，只要420，已包水电，还可省去每天的交通费用，性价比相当高。租此位置，再也不用地铁到学校，上课前10分钟出门无压力。联系电话：202-674-4356. qq:805306918
