I prefer for a professional, student or summer intern to fill in the room. Roommates include a couple live in the master room who both are graduate students in GWU. The living room is separated and occupied by a male master student in GWU. Both of them are clean, quite and easy going people and neither of them smoke. And there is no pet in the unit.
