Available on Nov.15th 2017 (代房东发帖，本人租户)We have a room for rent in a great looking family owned townhouse in king farm. The townhouse is loacted 5-10 min walk from the metro and 5 min walk to safeway and other shopping needs. There is also a bus stop right outside if needed. This room will come with everything included (water,gas,direct tv, electricity, Internet, etc). Parking is located anywhere in the area. You will have to share the bathroom since there are other people living in the house. The room is 700$ and the deposit is 2500. It will be a 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year lease.. We also have 2 dogs that are very kind and mostly keep to themselves. You would also have full kitchen access. We would like too see a background check in the event you would want to move in.
