转租Pentagon City附近的The Park at Arlington Ridge 小区1B1B的apt一间。

租期：from now -7月28日
租金： $1300刀/month utility & Internet included ( free parking）（需要付一个月押金）若短租每天50刀

户型：1 Bed / 1 Bath | 640 SF （1个人住非常大，2个人住也很宽敞）开放式厨房，房间内有washer & dryier
小区条件：免费停车，24小时健身房，leasing office 还经常举办免费的party，非常friendly
交通：小区早晚有免费班车8分钟直达Pentagon City 地铁站；公寓门口就有ART BUS 87路10分钟到Pentagon & Pentagon City metro；乘坐metro 黄线or蓝线20分钟到达GWU Foggy Bottom or Farragut West/North；如果开车上班，出门就是395，去Alexandria 也很方便。

周边环境：小区为townhouse（免去等电梯的烦恼），住户大部分是young professional素质都非常高，周边是学校很安全很安静，步行2分钟到Giant超市，买菜非常方便；离pentagon mall, macy's, target等也不远。

希望你能保持公寓干净整洁，IKEA的床还有简单家具可出售，拎包入住。
