【小卧招租】 Riverhouse 对面高端公寓Post of pentagon row 2B2B 1月初小卧招租

要求：爱干净（很重要）长租至9月（至少3个月）上lease

价格：825月。不包水电（水电独立计算每月不多），网费均摊（约$20/m)。

室内环境：
客厅已隔断，室内洗衣机，小卧与客厅共用洗手间。小卧如需家具可便宜出售

小区环境：
Post of pentagon row 公寓内设施很新，带有免费Gym，室内恒温泳池，自习室等

楼下是24小时超市Harris teeter 和pentagon row 有许多餐厅 3分钟到pentagon mall 5分钟到pentagon city地铁站 Cvs Cosco均步行距离位置绝佳

室友：室友两个都是Gwu研究生爱干净好相处
