Sublet available through the end of the lease in July, 2019 (with the option to renew).
Looking for someone to take over the 1b1b OR a roommate to share the apartment.
The apartment is on the 8th floor with east-facing windows away from the street, in-unit washer & dryer, built-it desk in the living room, fire place, full kitchen, two closets, etc. It can be furnished if you're looking to take over my queen size bed(fairly new).
Rent includes access to all amenities, such as 24 hr front desk, fob entry, garage, gym, rooftop lounges, swimming pool, courtyard, party room, business center, and free coffee everyday etc.
Pets are welcome.
Rent is $2,438/month(including $12 trash disposal) it could be 1000-1400 for each depending on staying in the living room or bedroom.
