Houseis located on south lake drive, bus stop, parks,swimming poor and tennis court are all within walkingdistance (Metro is 20min walk if you'd like to, or takea bus). Your house mate is a working professional from China (male) who has been living in the house for over two years, he lives downstairs.

Rentis $975 with one-month deposit, parking/utility (wifi,electricity, water) included, one-year lease required with one-month deposit in place(may consider six-month lease with $1000/m rent.)
