Fairfax Towers 新装修2B1B低价急转(免400刀物业费 + 150刀deposit + 送家具)
因为工作变动，现转租eaves Fairfax Towers 2 bedroom 1 bathroom。从leasing office新上lease的话需要交amenity fee，但take over我的lease因为我已经交过了，所以可以
免去你400刀amenity fee，同时免去150刀 deposite fee, 送餐桌，电脑桌，沙发等家具。
入住时间灵活可议，现在开始到十月中旬最佳。我们租的时候属于淡季$
1,791
一个月，包水费和垃圾费，而且整个公寓搬进去前刚装修过，换了全新的appliances，新的洗碗机，炉子，冰箱，微波炉。
地理位置非常好，对面就是Whole Foods， Starbucks，Trade Joe，步行可到。开车去Tysons Corner 十分钟。通勤也十分方便，物业提供免费shuttle去地铁站（橙线，去GWU, Arlington等无需转线）
准点且快，
出门右拐就是I66 高速。
我们的房子朝外，11楼City View白天夜晚景色特别好，因为无遮挡采光也非常好。具体户型请见照片或者官网。水费包括在房租里。目前lease明年4月8号到期，到期之前可以续约。
