[Pentagon City] 1B1B Luxury Apartment 转Lease - 乔治华盛顿大学社区

I'm looking to transfer over the remainder of my lease from April 20th to Aug 20th 2020 at $1,900/month (original price on lease is $2,196). You will on lease and have the option to renew. I list it because I am leaving this city and the leasing office has confirmed that I can legally transfer the lease to others. (the leasing website shows similarly situated 1B1B in the building are going for $2400+ per month now). The 1B1B is located in a new building (About 3 years been built) named Acadia at Metropolitan Park (http://www.metacadia.com/) and is only one block away from Pentagon City metro stop. We have a Wholefoods and Costco literally just downstairs and many restaurants downstairs too, such as Starbucks, Roti, Sweetgreen, Epic steakhouse, Commonwealthjoe coffee and etc.. The 1B have all stainless steel kitchen appliances, and, in my opinion, very spacious room for storage including two walk-in closet, one closet in bathroom and many drawers and cabinets in kitchen. The building has three floors of amenities. One is the skyline lounge including in-door movie room, billiards, TV and sofas and outdoor grilled area and tables. The other one is the indoor gaming room, party room and outdoor swimming pool located on 7th floor. Gym is located on the first floor, offering free yoga class every week and it has plenty room for guest waiting and free wifi, business center and free coffee. Washer and dryer appear to be new and are in the unit. 24-hour concierge makes it really convenient to pick up packages whenever you want, and the leasing office is located on site as well. Car parking is available in a garage, but that costs extra ($100 per month). Utilities are also not included in the price. It is calculated by each unit.

The apartment complex is pet friendly, but you would have to figure out specifics with the leasing office. My understanding is that they charge extra for you to have a dog or cat.
