* 入住时间：即日起，入住时间可议。
* 租期：现在的lease是到07/28/2020。到期可继续和Office续租。
* 价格：Rent $1500/Month; Utility: 约$80左右的水电费，$50 网费
* 地理位置：地理位置优越，走路7-8分钟能到pentagon city 地铁站，有蓝线和黄线地铁，去GWU十分方便。Harris Teeter, Bestbuy, Fashion Center, Macy's, Nordstrom, Costco等近在眼前, 还有超多饭馆，不喜欢做饭的朋友完全可以每天步行出门吃饭。

小区配备泳池和健身房，常有社区活动，pet-friendly，是pentagon city附近性价比最高的房子。
