Job responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the programmanager, the incumbent shall:
- Be outgoing, creative, resourceful

-Have prior marketing experience; seek opportunities for company to collaboratewith other organizations

-Workindependently with minimal direct supervision
- Work with Chinese students & their parentsboth in person and over the phone to answer any questions or address any issuesthey may have.
- Perform monthly phone calls to check in withChinese teachers and students across the nation to ensure their satisfactionwith the Program.
- Maintain detailed records of communications,results, inquiries, etc.
- Perform general office functions, as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in oral and written English andChinese
- Ability to function in a multicultural,multilingual work environment

-Strongexperience in marketing strategy and problem solving
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritizeurgent tasks
- Ability to communicate and interact withChinese students, teachers and parents
- Bachelor degree and above

Full Time hours: Monday -- Friday,9:00a.m. -- 5:30p.m. Compensation will benegotiated based on experience. Part  Time hours available upon request.
