Worldshine is a senior care management company with a passion for enhancing seniors’ lifestyles through continuous innovations in care by providing high quality individualized services and specialty care for the elderly with disabilities and dementia. Worldshine is expanding rapidly with the core businesses comprised of Adult Medical Day Care Centers, Assisted Living Facility, and Senior Independent Living Apartments. The extended business and products include the medical technology innovation, pharmacy, commercial real estate, physical therapy. The headquarter office is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join the executive team. You will work alongside innovative leaders and you'll be a part of shaping our future in the years to come.
This position with work with company President and Project Director on the ongoing projects. Responsibilities include identifying market, prospective customers and partners, forming relationships with prospective clients, strategic planning for business and assist with operational management.
The ideal candidate will have the following: - Business/ marketing related Bachelor’s degree required. Masters or MBA is preferred
- 2+ years in a business development role
- Experience working in a small, fast paced company - this role is not suited for individuals with large company experience only.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace ( Google drive, calender, form, etc)
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
