3. Next to the bus stop of routes "52" and "54" and 10 min walking from bus stops "S2" and "S9".
4. Easy to go to Rock Creek Park Trail for Running, Biking, and picnicking.
5. Close to Washington Sports Club and F45 Fitness Club. (There is a fitness Center within the building, too)
6. A lot of authentic restaurants (Latin American, Mexican, Ethiopian, Indian, Chinese, etc.).
The rent is 2100$ per month + Utilities (Electricity, gas, and Internet. Water is included in the rent).
