Professional Data Scientist with Delta Lake/Lakehouse Expertise

We arelooking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic teamand help us harness the power of data to make impactful decisions.

PositionOverview:

We are seeking ahighly skilled Professional Data Scientist with a strong background in computerscience or data science and specialized expertise in Delta Lake/Lakehousetechnologies. The ideal candidate will possess relevant training and workingexperience with Delta Lake/Lakehouse, a Databricks Certified Data EngineerProfessional certification, and experience in creating interactive dashboardsusing these technologies.

KeyResponsibilities:

·        Design, develop, and maintaindata pipelines using Delta Lake/Lakehouse architectures.

·        Utilize Databricks for dataprocessing, analysis, and machine learning model development.

·        Create and manage interactivedashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.

·        Collaborate withcross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutionsthat meet business needs.

·        Conduct data analysis toidentify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

·        Implement best practices fordata governance, security, and performance optimization.

·        Stay current with industrytrends and emerging technologies in data science and Delta Lake/Lakehouseecosystems.

Qualifications:

·        Master’s degree in computerscience, Data Science.

·        0-2 years of working experiencewith Delta Lake/Lakehouse technologies.

·        Databricks Certified DataEngineer Professional certification required.

·        Proven experience in developinginteractive dashboards using StreamLit or Solara.

·        Hands on programming experiencein Python, SQL, and other relevant languages.

·        Direct working experience withUnix, Jit, and Jenkins.

·        Excellent problem-solving skillsand attention to detail.

Even Better if YouHave:

·        Experience with cloud platformssuch as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·        Knowledge of big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).

·        Experience with machine learningand statistical analysis.

·        Familiarity with ETL processesand data integration techniques.

·        Excellent problem-solving skillsand attention to detail.
