*About the apt:

- I'm living in an APT located in Rosslyn area right next to D.C...
   My apt is very close to Rosslyn metro Station(less than 5mins) and just one block
   away from foggy-bottom of D.C. (The George Washington University)   
   There is a circulator bus that cost only $1 near my apt.
   CVS is right in front of apt./ Safeway is located in 15mins walk distance.
   Post office is in 5mins by foot.
   You can also walk to get to D.C. George Town.

- I need someone to move in for the month of December, 2013 and January, 2014
  The lease term ends January 31th, 2014.

- The rental fee is $525 per month/person; all utilities are included except for
   Internet ($17, per person/month). Plus, deposit $525 is also needed.

- Small Studio furnished. You don't even need to buy any stuff to cook.

Hi, I'm from South Korea and currently doing internship here (before I studied in CA). I'm very friendly, easy-going and clean. Although we will use same space, I usually respect privacy.
