Room available is unfurnished with dimensions of 10ft 10in by 12ft 4in, plus a private full bath, and large walk in closet.
The two roommates are 25 year old male professionals who are respectful and neat. Both play some video games, watch TV, read, etc. One is gone every weekend and the other tends to be gone every other weekend.
Living room has a futon and a few other pieces of furniture. Kitchen has some dishware that would be available for sharing and apartment has a washer and dryer. Apartment is kept clean and generally pretty quiet.
Apartment complex has a free pool and gym and is a 7 min walk to the McLean metro station.
Utilities are not included, will be an extra $40-50/month including Fios internet.
