We would also like to invite you to join us at the following special events for new graduate students on Thursday, August 23, 2012:

• Graduate Student Services Fair
  2:30 - 4:30 pm
  Grand Ballroom, 3rd Floor, Marvin Center (800 21st Street, NW)
  Meet with representatives from GW offices and organizations to learn about resources available to GW graduate students.
  
• Graduate Student Welcome Ceremony
  5:00 - 6:00 pm
  Dorothy Betts Theatre, 1st Floor, Marvin Center (800 21st Street, NW)
  President Steven Knapp, Provost Steven Lerman, and other members of the University community will officially welcome new graduate students to GW. A brief reception will be held in the Great Hall outside the Betts Theatre, immediately following the ceremony.
