I need to terminate the lease early for a personal reasonso I am looking for someone to take over the lease. The current lease will endon September 15th, 2015. I can move out by June 15th, butit is negotiable. The person has an option to renew the lease after September15th.  The monthly rent is $1525and $50 for a garage parking space if needed. Utilities are billed separately.A rooftop gym is free for all residents.
