I'm subleasing a fully furnished private bedroom in a large 2b1b apt in Crestmont Apartment in Rosslyn. （1817 N.Quinn St. Rosslyn）

I'm a student just graduated from Georgetown University and is heading to New York for work at the end of May. My apt lease ends in August and I need to sublease my bedroom for the rest months - June, July and August. This apt will also be available after August. You will have the privilege to renew the lease as a current resident. It all depends on you if it is a three-month summer rent or a year long rent.

The apartment has a very large living room with great sunlight. There is one bathroom and one kitchen that you are gonna share with the other girl. The bedroom is fully furnished with all the basics you need: a queen size bed, a 1.5 meter long study table, lamps, a small bookshelf, a small bed table and chairs, plenty of storage space for cloth or other stuff.

This apt is one of the best options in this area considering the great location and a affordable price ($200/m lower than other places on average). It is not a brand new apartment but it's very comfortable, safe, clean and convenient:
1. Rosslyn metro station and bus station is within 7 min of walk.
2. Georgetown University Rosslyn routine bus has a stop right at the Rosslyn bus station and you can also walk to the school within 20 min.
3. Georgetown University Arlington loop has a stop right at the apartment.
4. CVS, Safeway, Seven-eleven, cafes, a lot of restaurants are all within 5 min of walk.
5. You can walk to DC within 15 min through the Key Bridge over the Potomac River and go to M street for shopping.

You will share the apt with another girl, who just got her PhD degree from Georgetown University. She is a really nice person and a great roommate - quiet, friendly, always be willing to help you, very familiar with DC with 5 years of living experience and can give you a lot advice.

My apt is a perfect place for:
1. someone who is going to have a short-term stay (for internship, exchange program, academic visit etc.) during the summer in DC area,
2. someone who is going to have a long-term stay but is new to this area, and need a temporary place to live while looking for other housing opportunities
3. someone who is going to study in universities here such as Georgetown University, George Washington University, JHU etc.
4. any other people who do not need a luxury place but a cozy apt with affordable price in this expensive area.

公寓位于1817 N Quinnst, Arlington, VA, 22209 Crestmont Apartment。是Rosslyn附近公寓中性价比非常高的一个公寓，十分抢手，基本一有空房就会脱销。

-步行五分钟到达rosslyn地铁站和38b等汽车站,去乔治华盛顿大学地铁只要一站

-步行五分钟可以到达乔治城大学rosslyn车站，

-步行1分钟到乔治城大学arlington loop车站

-步行五分钟到达Safeway超市,CVS, 购物方便。也离Rosslyn附近的一些好吃的餐馆如Pho, Cafe Asia等十分的近 。

公寓房间为两室一厅一卫的结构, 目前招租的是其中的小卧，家具齐全，储物空间多，大卧有另外一名Georgetown PhD女生居住。公寓的客厅十分大，没有人占用，入住后可以随意安排添置家具。

目前进行暑期短租：六月入住到八月底，930/月，包括所有utilities、internet fees、家具费用等。如果想要在八月后进行长期租住也是完全可以的，到时和公寓管理员申请去renew lease就可以了，到时具体的renew的价格将由公寓管理员来定。
