Studio短租，七月入住至八月中，$850全包

Hi there,

I am a local student just graduated from GWU. I just got a job offer at LA and I have to relocate before my lease expires at August 15.
My studio is very lovely, and have a awesome view. Great location and minutes to pentagon city mall, and DC. The bus to pentagon city is right downstairs, and it comes surprisingly often.
The ideal available date is from July 15 to August 15th. If you would like to move in earlier, we can discuss that.
I can leave you with essential furnitures and kitchen appliances, but you will be responsible for getting rid of them by the end of residency.
The price is $850 for everything, rent, utility, and parking!
Ideal for temporary internship, and temporary place to settle down in the city.


由于本人工作原因需要转租现在的studio，$850全包，房租水电及parking，房子在alexandria，离pentagon city和DC都非常近，楼下就有bus station，直通pentagon city mall，oldtown alexandria及其他，车来得非常快，交通方便。
我可以给您留下您需要的家具，但是在lease结束后请帮我处理掉。


入住时间可商量，七月至八月15。
